All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
once your order ships.
Shipping times & rates
Our products ship directly from our partner suppliers. Estimated delivery
times:
- Canada: 7–15 business days — FREE
- United States: 7–15 business days — FREE
- International: 10–25 business days — $9.99 flat rate
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or
due to customs processing for international orders.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after
7 business days, contact us at shahikel.co@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Delays & issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within
14 days of the estimated delivery date at shahikel.co@gmail.com with your
order number and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute
orders once shipped; if a package is returned for an incorrect address, a
reshipping fee may apply.
