General
SHAHIKEL (shahikel.store) is operated from Quebec, Canada. Contact us at

By purchasing from SHAHIKEL you agree to these terms. We may update them at
any time; the version at the time of your order applies.
Products & pricing
We work to display products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If
we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you with the option
to reconfirm or cancel for a full refund. All prices are in CAD.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud,
stock issues). Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Intellectual property
All store content — text, images, logos — belongs to SHAHIKEL or its
suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHAHIKEL isn't liable for indirect
or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total
liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Quebec consumer rights
If you are a consumer in Quebec, you benefit from the protections in
Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, including the legal warranty that goods
must be fit for their intended purpose and durable for a reasonable time.
These rights cannot be waived, and nothing in these policies limits them.
